Abstract
Automation of data processing allows
analyzing large volumes of data, which makes
this method one of the most effective for taking
into account all factors in modern conditions of
water shortage. The article discusses the issues
of automation of data processing and the use of
SCADA systems in multi-measurement systems.
The article presents a data analysis model based
on orthogonal discrete Лаггер polynomials, a
prototype of a multi-measurement system and a
mnemonic scheme of a SCADA system.
