Abstract




The selection of the concrete
composition in accordance with the research tasks
must satisfy the following requirements:
­ achieving maximum possible strength with
the specifed initial materials;
­ required workability corresponding to the
accepted vibro­impact peristaltic pressing;
­ the specifed level of dewatering of the
concrete mixture, ensuring a residual water
cement ratio close to the normal consistency of
cement paste.
The accepted conditions are necessary and
suffcient when using the physical­analytical
method of concrete mix design [1,2].
Distinctive features of the method include:
the use of a large amount of information and the
absence of arbitrary coeffcients, technological
constants, or parameters. Necessary data for
the designation of concrete compositions are
determined based on preliminary laboratory
experiments, specifed technological parameters
of mechanisms and equipment, as well as design
characteristics of the concrete and the formed
structure [3,4]. For experimental research, six
independent information flows of initial data are
used:
physical and mechanical properties of concrete
components.




In addition to the information provided above,
previously developed technological conditions
for the preparation of concrete pipes require
compliance with the proportions of the concrete
mixture and quantities in compacted, modifed
concrete when determining the composition
of concrete [5,6]. This should manifest itself
when considering the equation of the absolute
volumes of the initial and compacted dehydrated
concrete.
